The jig reduces the risk of injury and improves production time for repetitive tasks.

Each outside diameter jig size is available in 1D, 1.2D and 1.5D Centerline Radius (CLR)

For your convenience, each cutting jig comes fully assembled with dowels, bolts, nuts, and stopper pins included in the price. It also undergoes quality checks before leaving our facility to ensure it's ready to use.

To ensure precision, use the dowels to align both jig parts. The bolts can be used for a manual cut if necessary but can otherwise be left loose for horizontal saw applications. When clamping the jig, make sure to apply just enough pressure to hold it in place. 

Jig information:

  • Stopper every 5 degrees (marks every 15 degrees)
  • 3mm offset blade from the jig. It has the information on the cutting face.
  • 3D printed using strong materials with high mechanical properties.
  • The OD dimensions printed on the jig's front face are in mm and inch.
  • Different colours according to the CLR size for easy recognition.
  • 1D CLR: Red colour
  • 1.2D CLR: Grey colour
  • 1.5D CLR: Black colour
