Are your products available for wholesale or distribution? Yes, they are!!! Please contact us through the Email or Website and we will be happy to arrange a meeting to discuss the quantities and price.
Where do you get your items from? At 3Dpolyex we design and 3D print our products. We are proudly Australian Made and Owned.

What shipping methods do you offer? Our shipping is done by Australia Post Australia.
Where do you ship? We offer domestic and international shipping.
Do you ship internationally? Please contact us through the Website or Email to arrange international shipping.
How long will it take for my order to arrive? The order is dispatched the next day and it normally takes 2 to 4 days to arrive (domestic). Please have in consideration that a tracking number will be provided for your order.
Do you offer local pick up? Yes, we do!!! We are located in Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. If this option is chosen when the checkout is done, we will contact you to arrange the best suitable time within the next 2 business days.

How can I order a big quantity of items when they are not available in stock? Please contact us through the Website or Email and specify the Items and quantities required. We will be back to you with an estimate of time required to 3D print, pack and deliver your order.
How do I cancel or Add/Remove items from the order once it's been place? We understand that this could happen, so please contact us through the Website or Email and we will be happy to adjust or cancel your order.
Can I choose my own colour combination for my product? Yes, you can!!! We want the best experience for our customers. So, please contact us through the Website or Email and we will be happy to assist you.
